I believe these are a few of the best graphics mods available

GTA Redux

Pros:
Easy to install (.ovi)  
Includes different version of Re-shade for personal preference
Many other goodies (Check the trailer below)

Cons:
High end PC to run is recommended

Cons:
I believe you need a high end PC for this as well but should be easier to run than Redux
